    Rebecca’s approach is compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to meet your unique needs and therapy goals—whether it’s quieting your inner critic, healing from past trauma, or creating meaningful change.

    Virtual Therapy is available anywhere in California via a HIPPA-compliant platform. Home-based and community-based services may be available in West LA for an additional fee.

  • Attachment-Focused EMDR

    Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative, trauma-informed approach to EMDR that focuses on nervous system regulation and relational healing while providing a sense of containment.

    EMDR is available as a stand-alone treatment or as an adjunct to ongoing therapy with another provider. If you are interested in adjunct EMDR, please discuss this option with your current therapist before reaching out.

  • Parent Coaching & Support

    Drawing from evidence-based practices, Rebecca offers practical tools and compassionate guidance to help parents improve communication, strengthen attachment, and build more secure, resilient relationships with their children.

    Rebecca primarily draws from Parent-Child Interaction Therapy & Reflective Parenting in her coaching sessions.

    Parent Coaching is available regardless of your location.

  • Workshops & Consultation

    Workshops and consultations are available to educators, organizations, mental health professionals, and parents.
