Attachment-Focused EMDR
Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative, trauma-informed approach that focuses on nervous system regulation and can be helpful if you feel “stuck.” EMDR helps the brain and body reprocess past experiences so those experiences no longer carry the same emotional intensity or feel as present in daily life.
EMDR may be integrated into ongoing individual therapy, offered as a short-term, stand-alone treatment, or used as an adjunct to therapy with another provider.
