Therapy for Adolescents
Rebecca provides trauma-informed therapy for adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, academic pressure, and social stress. Her work supports nervous system regulation, resilience, and identity development during these formative years. She has particular expertise supporting survivors of sexual assault and brings extensive experience working in school settings, giving her a deep understanding of the academic, social, and relational pressures teens face.

Attachment-Focused EMDR
Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative trauma therapy that supports the nervous system in processing experiences that feel “stuck.” EMDR helps the brain and body reprocess past experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity or feel as present in daily life.
EMDR may be integrated into ongoing therapy, used as a focused short-term treatment, or provided as an adjunct to therapy with another provider.

Reflective Parent Coaching & Support
Rebecca offers parent coaching for caregivers seeking support around their child’s emotional and behavioral needs, family transitions, or their own experience of parenting.
