During this call, you can briefly share what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you may have. I will also walk you through what next steps could look like if you decide to move forward. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, I am happy to provide referrals.

As of January 1, 2022, according to the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges per your request or at the time of scheduling. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. If you have any further questions and/or concerns, feel free to visit the above mentioned website.
Still have questions?
You’re welcome to bring them to the consultation call.
