Perinatal & Postpartum Mental Health
Pregnancy, birth, and new parenthood can bring joy—and also fear, grief, and uncertainty. You might be wondering who you are now, grieving a birth that didn’t go as planned, or overwhelmed by decisions and expectations. Feeding struggles, sleep deprivation, mood changes, and intrusive thoughts can make you question everything. Am I doing this right? Why doesn’t anyone talk about how hard this is?
You’re not alone. Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process your experience and feel more grounded.
