  • Attachment-Focused EMDR

Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative, trauma-informed approach to EMDR that focuses on nervous system regulation and relational healing while providing a sense of containment. T

EMDR is available as a stand-alone treatment or as an adjunct to ongoing therapy with another provider. If you are interested in adjunct EMDR, please discuss this option with your current therapist before reaching out.

  • Sexual Assault

Surviving sexual assault can affect how you feel in your body, in relationships, and in the world.

Healing is not about forgetting—it is about integrating your experience in a way that allows for growth, resilience, and a renewed sense of agency.

  • Fertility Journey & Pregnancy Loss

Do you feel like everyone around you is pregnant—and you're expected to be happy for them? Whether you're exploring fertility preservation, navigating IVF or family-building options, or coping with loss, the journey can feel overwhelming, isolating, and full of unanswered questions.

Therapy offers a supportive space to process your experience and reconnect with your sense of agency.

  • Perinatal & Postpartum Transitions

Pregnancy, birth, and new parenthood can bring joy—and also fear, grief, and uncertainty. You might be wondering who you are now, grieving a birth that didn’t go as planned, or overwhelmed by the transition.

Am I doing this right? Why doesn’t anyone talk about how hard this is? You’re not alone. Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process your experience, explore shifts in identity and relationships, and feel more grounded.

  • Emerging Adults (18-25)

“Adulting” can be an exciting time, but it can also feel confusing, pressured, and uncertain. You might be navigating college, career decisions, relationships, independence, or a growing sense of “What am I doing with my life?” You may feel anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of yourself, even if things look fine from the outside.

  • Adolescents & Teens

Being a teenager can feel intense, confusing, and overwhelming at times. You might be dealing with academic pressure, social stress, family expectations, identity questions, or just a constant sense of needing to keep up. You may feel anxious, low, irritable, unmotivated, or unsure of yourself—and not always know why.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, friendships, school stress, self-esteem, or feeling disconnected, therapy can help you feel more grounded, supported, and less alone.
