Fertility & Reproductive Mental Health Therapy

When So Much Feels Uncertain

Experiences related to fertility, pregnancy loss, and family building can bring up emotions that are difficult to prepare for and often difficult to explain.

You may find yourself carrying grief, anxiety, disappointment, hope, fear, or uncertainty while continuing to show up for the demands of everyday life.

At times, it can feel as though life is organized around waiting: waiting for answers, waiting for decisions, waiting for results, or waiting for clarity about what comes next.

When so much feels uncertain, therapy can offer a place to put down what you've been carrying.

A Space for the Parts That Often Go Unspoken

Experiences related to fertility and family building can bring up emotions that do not always feel easy to share.

You may find yourself carrying grief, anger toward your body, jealousy that does not feel like you, uncertainty about the future, or exhaustion from carrying so much that remains unresolved.

At the same time, there is often pressure to stay hopeful, stay positive, or simply keep moving forward.

Therapy offers a space where all of these experiences are welcome.

Rather than focusing solely on the next step, our work creates room to explore the emotional impact of what you are carrying while helping you remain connected to yourself through a chapter that can feel deeply uncertain.

I have completed advanced training in reproductive mental health through the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and Postpartum Support International (PSI), with a particular focus on fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, and the emotional complexities of family building.
